By renewing the location, we changed the use of the old laboratories and there, where before the access for public was denied, we built our wonderful open kitchen.

We love Mediterranean cuisine, the Italian one in particular, obviously.

We like to play with the regional specialities, which are every time different, to let you discover new flavors or remember the ones you may have tried during a weekend or by travelling around Italy.
